Retail Associate

CNP is currently accepting applications for a Retail Associate. This is a seasonal, full-time position that typically runs April – November.

Applicants should be passionate about native plants, have experience in the retail industry, and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Duties can include but are not limited to: 

• Customer assistance in locating/selecting plant material & problem-solving
• Native plant production
• Cashiering and administrative tasks

Necessary Skills

• Ability to multitask
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry fifty (50) pounds
• Ability to stand for 3-4 hours at a time
