Center for Native Plants Terms & Conditions of Sale

The Center for Native Plants (“Seller”) guarantees that our plants are in a healthy condition upon being sold and leaving our nursery, and that items sold are true to their names described by our nursery staff.

Seller provides no further warranty, expressed or implied, and will under no circumstances be liable for the condition of a plant once it leaves our nursery. Should you have a problem with the health of your plant, call us immediately to discuss your planting methods and the care you provided your plants. The conversation that ensues does not guarantee the replacement of any plant purchased. If a replacement is agreed to, Seller will under no circumstances be liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase.

 

Center for Native Plants Hold Policy

Center for Native Plants will hold your order for up to 14 days if paid in full at time of sale. If the item(s) on hold are not picked up or delivered within the 14 days, Center for Native Plants will apply a 25% service charge per week until the order is picked up or delivered. Orders held beyond 30 days will be considered forfeited and placed back for general sale.

Restocking fee: If an order is cancelled or refunded the order is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
