Small Scale Landscape Design

If you’re in need of a conceptual design, our native plant specialists can provide a detailed, hand-drawn design, customized to meet your goals. This service is particularly useful after clients have conducted an onsite consultation and are ready to see their landscape come to life on paper!

Contract Growing

Center for Native Plants custom grows various sizes, quantities and species of plants to meet specific landscaping or restoration needs. Because each species has different growing requirements, advanced planning is essential to ensure availability of all plant material you want for your project.

We offer over 200 species of wildflowers, shrubs, groundcovers, grasses, and trees. With this extensive offering, you have access to a variety of plants that will ultimately thrive in your growing conditions and meet your goals for your landscape.

Seed Collection

Center for Native Plants provides on-site seed collection services, which are advantageous if you want to maintain the genetic diversity and species traits that are site-specific to your land.  Projects that require site-collected seed should be initiated at least one year in advance.

Native Plant Salvage

We offer native plant salvage opportunities for landowners, developers, and real estate agents within Northwest Montana. Salvage projects are best conducted in the spring and fall months. Our plant professionals will visit your property to conduct plant surveys and define target species, and ultimately, transfer salvaged material to our nursery for temporary storage. This service is an exceptional approach when your goal is to decrease habitat loss, preserve our living legacy, and minimize environmental impacts of our ever growing region.

Full Landscaping Services

Our parent company, Forestoration, Inc., handles larger landscaping projects from conception to installation for residential and commercial landowners. Forestoration delicately designs landscapes to highlight natural and built features, drawing users outside to explore spaces that create unique experiences.
